Custom Craft
From subtle refinements in thickness or width, to fully tailored outlines, colours, artwork, pinlines and fin setups—every detail is on the table. Think of it like a hand tailored suit. Crafted specifically for you, and only you.
Once you’ve filled out our custom order form, either Simon or Dash will give you a call to walk through your vision. Together, we’ll dial in every aspect of your board and bring it to life.

To keep things moving without blowing out wait times, we run two clear paths. Series II is our refined range, built to order using proven designs, outlines, and construction. You choose your size and finish, we take care of the rest.
The Underground Division is a different approach. Fully custom, built from the ground up around how and where you surf. A proper back-and-forth, with decisions made where they matter.
Both are shaped, glassed, and finished by hand. No shortcuts, no rush jobs.
We open spots when we’ve got the time to do it right. Small runs, hands-on, and kept that way for a reason.

These boards are shaped using our existing models, stock outlines, rockers, and construction. The same designs we ride ourselves and release in our stock drops. The difference is that instead of choosing a pre-built board, you select the size that best suits you and your waves, and we build it specifically for you.

A focused one on one session to design your custom Simon Jones Designs surfboard from the ground up. We’ll talk through your surfing, the waves you ride, reference boards, and what you’re trying to get out of the craft. From there, we’ll dial in the model direction, dimensions, rocker approach, and functional details that matter.
